Where are my documents stored?
On your iPhone, inside the app. Nothing is uploaded unless you share it or turn on Auto-save to a folder you choose.
How do I restore Pro on a new iPhone?
Open the subscription page and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I cancel my subscription or free trial?
Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose HushScan. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
Photo translation says the languages aren't downloaded
Translation runs offline with Apple's languages and needs iOS 26 or later. Open Settings › Apps › Translate › Downloaded Languages, download both languages, then return to HushScan and tap Translate again.
Why don't I see 3D scan or Measure?
3D scan needs an iPhone with a LiDAR scanner, and Measure needs AR support. They appear only on iPhones that can run them.
